With the Covid-19 / Coronavirus pandemic, the world is facing an uncertain and challenging time. As your pest controller, we consider ourselves to be an essential part of an overall strategy in keeping your family safe from disease, we understand and share the concern and anxiety you may feel about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in your area in Australia and globally.

At Wilson’s Pest Control, the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is always our highest priority.

To ensure we can continue to offer the high-quality pest control service our clients have become accustomed to, we are taking additional infection control measures to mitigate the risk of infection. The systems we have put in place are guided by the Department of Health and will be monitored and updated accordingly as the pandemic evolves in line with their recommendations.

With the protocols of the pest control business, the number of people we interact with is limited and considered low volume. However, as part of our infection control system we ask our clients to contact us by phone/email to reschedule their appointment if any of the following apply:

Symptoms including fever, flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fatigue and/or shortness of breath.
Recent international (within 14 days of the scheduled appointment).
Been in contact with the person with confirmed Coronavirus in the last 14 days.

Our disinfecting/sterilizing & odour treatments have been part of the business for a long time. Wilson’s Pest Control has provided Disinfecting and Sterilizing to many Commercial, Industrial, businesses like schools, shopping centres and domestic homes.

The disinfecting/sterilizing service is amazing the product is non-harmful and has the ability to pass right through the cell walls of most microorganisms by killing them instantaneously. Will not damaging anything. The spray leave no residual smell, taste or residue and evaporates very quickly. It is used as a hand sanitizer or an air freshener.

Odour Control

Our odour control is by using a natural product that leaves a pleasant scent to the areas treated, especially useful in Shopping Centres.

UVC Sterilizing

Wilson’s Pest Control also offers Ultra Violet light sterilisation in sensitive electrical areas like pc, laptops, keyboards, computer rooms, childcare, counters, checkout station, self serve checkouts, entry doors etc.
